Who we are

Sea Ready Inc. is a Florida corporation based in DeLand, Florida, operated by Captain Julien Morera. This policy covers seareadyinc.com and the ways you can contact the business: the website contact form, email, phone, and text or chat messages sent through our Google Business Profile.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us when you reach out. The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. When you call, email or text us, we receive the details you share about yourself and your vessel so we can answer your request and prepare a quote.

The website does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and secure the site. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the technical request for the font files.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to plan and quote the work you ask about, to carry out an engagement you book with us, and to keep records of that work. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Who handles it on our behalf

• EmailJS delivers contact form submissions to our business email address. The form data passes through EmailJS to reach us.
• Google provides our Business Profile and its messaging feature. Messages you send from Google Search or Google Maps are processed by Google under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Routine questions may be answered by an automated assistant on the profile; the business can read every conversation and take over at any time.
• Vercel hosts the website and keeps the server logs described above.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records tied to an engagement, such as agreements, invoices and delivery logs, are kept for as long as the law and our insurer require.

Your choices

Children

Our services are for boat owners, brokers and marinas. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes
