What these terms cover
These terms apply to seareadyinc.com and to the ways you contact Sea Ready Inc.: the website contact form, email, phone, and text or chat messages sent through our Google Business Profile. By using the site or messaging us, you agree to them.
Information on this site
Service descriptions, service areas, rates and articles on this site are general information. They describe what we normally do and what work normally costs. They are not an offer to perform a specific job and they are not a quote for your vessel.
Quotes and engagements
Every job is quoted after we learn about the vessel, the work and the route. Vessel deliveries and other engagements are carried out under a written agreement signed by both parties. If anything on this site, in an email or in a message differs from that agreement, the agreement controls.
Messaging and automated replies
When you message us through Google Search or Google Maps, routine questions may be answered by an automated assistant that works from our business profile. Its replies are a convenience, not a commitment. A price, a date or an availability stated by the assistant becomes binding only when Captain Julien Morera confirms it in writing. Standard text message rates from your carrier may apply.
Your use of the site
You may read and share the pages of this site for personal or business use. Do not copy the site or its content for republication, scrape it, or use the contact channels to send spam or unlawful material.
No warranty for the site
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or interruptions.
